CITRINE. Possibly the happiest crystal in the world!

​Citrine is one of my favourite crystals, here's why I love it.

It’s also the birthstone for November, but who needs and excuse right ?
​
For me ... Citrine is like solidified SUNSHINE.  
 
When I tune into the energy of Citrine, it always brings a big smile to my face.  

It brings a brightness and happiness into my energy field, it shifts me into positivity, and I’m ready for anything.
 
It’s joyful sunny energy chases away the blues. It boosts my confidence, lifts me up, and cheers me on like an old friend encouraging me to reach for the stars, and follow my bliss.
 
I often wear, or carry CITRINE whenever I need a boost, or to shake myself out of a funk, or to actively ‘manifest’ whatever I want to draw into my life.  
 
It helps to quiet that pesky voice in my head, which sometimes holds me back, and tells me that I can’t​ achieve something, that I’m not good enough, that people will laugh at me, the one that keeps me ‘small’.
 
Citrine lifts my heart, holds my hand, and whispers ... ‘YES YOU CAN’.
 
When you can actively shift your energy into a happier more positive place, everything changes.  Your energy changes, your frequency lifts, and everything feels a little easier right ? 
 
And so I love it.

Anyone who ‘feels’ crystal energy will understand what I mean.

If you’ve never experienced crystal energy … then there’s a whole ‘Harry Potter’ world out there waiting for you to discover it, if you’re open minded enough to try ;-)
 
If crystal energy isn’t your bag, then that’s totally cool too.  
 
Citrine is beautiful to look at, it even looks happy ! 
 
In terms of energy centres, citrine works to the Solar Plexus Chakra. The ‘seat of personal power’, governing confidence, creativity, willpower and your ability to make your way in the world.  It also covers your digestion, and your 'gut'.
 
Energy blocks in Solar Plexus chakra can sometimes hold you back in life, affecting your confidence, somehow stopping you achieving what you want in life, perhaps allowing your ‘inner critic’ to run the show, and keeping you ‘small’. 
 
You might feel out of sorts, unsettled, lacking direction, have digestive or 'gut' problems, or you have the 'blues'.  Perhaps your get up and go, has got up and gone, and your mojo is missing? You might want to try your hand at active 'manifestation', play with the energy of the 'Law of Attraction', and be in the driving seat of your life.

If that's you then, definitely checkout CITRINE and see if you can't bring a little sunshine back into your life :)
 
This might be a bit of a mad thought … but if Citrine was an animal, I reckon it might be a LION. All golden and confident, powerful, self assured, not a care in the world, basking in the sun, and achieving with ease and grace.  Not sure that analogy totally works, but you get the drift ! 
 
I believe CITRINE can help bring a little sunshine into anyone’s life.

Especially now, when the days are getting shorter and the sun is starting to go into hibernation for the winter I love to have it around me.
 
The act of gifting Citrine to someone who needs a boost is a beautiful thing, and it just happens to be the birthstone for November.

​Please don't doggedly stick to birthstones when shopping for crystals.  Think about what type of energy you want to draw into your life, and notice what crystals you're attracted to. 

People get so hung up on birthstones, and feel they can only gift someone their birthstone (but that's a whole different blog topic !).  

As a Master/Teacher in Crystal Healing, I'm all about the energy of the crystals.  

For me it's simple.  When you're attracted to a crystal, then there's ALWAYS a reason, so it's about learning to disengage the brain, and TRUSTING your intuition.

​Crystals call to you for a reason, and the body always knows, the mind sometimes just get's in the way !   By all means read all the amazing information on crystals, but try to learn to trust your GUT, and go ahead and invite that beautiful crystal energy into your life.
