I aim to handmake, and post out all orders within 5 - 7 working days (i.e. Mon-Fri) of receipt of order. Your parcel will be delivered approximately 2 days AFTER despatch by Royal Mail.
IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE:-
Every single order is handmade with love, by ME alone, and this is why the energy of my jewellery is SO special.
It is 'artisan' jewellery, totally different to anything else you will buy, and you are buying something truly unique.
You'll also be supporting a one woman, heart-centred, independent, UK business. I genuinely appreciate your your custom, and your patience 🙏🏻.
I decided long ago, NOT try to compete with the big brands, or Amazon Prime delivery. My jewellery is 'made-to-order' and not mass produced and stored in a giant warehouse ... ready to ship at a moments notice. You'll SEE & FEEL the difference in the quality and the energy 🥰.
SHIPPING TIMINGS:
ALL ORDERS are sent by UK ROYAL MAIL 'TRACKED' 48 DELIVERY (with proof of delivery).
Postage cost starts at £3.95.
This service USUALLY takes 2 working days (AFTER I've posted them) to get to you if you are in the UK.
If you are ordering for a GIFT or a particular date ... PLEASE allow PLENTY of time in case there are postal delays (which are sadly out of my control) 🙏🏻.
If you are OUT, when the parcel is due to be delivered, then the Royal Mail post person will put a 'Something for you' RED CARD through your letterbox and you can re-arrange delivery for a convenient time when you are in.
Delivery Disputes ~ In the unlikely event of any disputes from customers who claim to have NOT received their parcel from Royal Mail (and where the Royal Mail postperson has UPLOADED their 'proof of delivery' to the Royal Mail 'Track and Trace' website (or overseas partners for international deliveries, ie where the delivery representative has signed for the item on your behalf) ... Paula-Rose Jewellery will NOT be held LIABLE for any losses incurred, or required to replace disputed non-delivered items. The customer must file a complaint with Royal Mail directly using their unique Royal Mail tracking code number.
RETURNS POLICY
All products should be unworn, unused and in their original condition, for either a refund, or an exchange by FRIDAY 10th January 2025. Applies to physical items only.
I will refund the purchase price of the product, excluding the outward postage, once the goods are received safely back with me.
Buyer covers cost of the cost of of ALL returns, and exchanges (unless faulty), and must retain proof of postage. Unfortunately I cannot accept responsibility for any returned items lost in the post.
Commissioned items, earrings, gift vouchers, energy treatments & 121 consultations, are non refundable.

Overseas shipping rates calculate automatically on checkout.
Everything is sent by International Tracked & Signed post with Royal Mail, and typically takes around 1-2 working weeks from the date of posting, and MAY be subject to CUSTOMS delays - which are sadly TOTALLY out of my control.
These costs EXCLUDE any customs tariffs that may be charged on receipt in your particular country (please read on below).

As of July 1st 2021 - due to Brexit - ALL OVERSEAS ORDERS TO EUROPE (within the EU) will now incur EXTRA COSTS in the form of VAT/Import duties.
As of 1st January 2021 the UK is no longer part of the EU. This means that new rules apply regarding how the UK trades with EU countries.
IMPORTANT: it is the sole responsibility of the customer to check the rules in their country regarding how VAT and duties/tariffs (if applicable) are collected. As a seller I cannot be held responsible for delays at customs, returned costs and any duties/tariffs or additional costs or charges.
You MUST CHECK with your local customs to determine the import (duties & tariffs payable) for your country as I cannot be held responsible for cost estimates, delays at customs or returned goods. A helpful guideline for typical export duties (paid by the customer) by country can be found here.
