I have loved crafting and making jewellery from a very young age. I'm passionate about Reiki and Crystals and have always had a complete magpie like fascination for crystals and gemstones.
I've had a long and successful career in Direct Marketing in Central London for 25 years, and I have been practicing Reiki for over 14 years, with amazing results.
I had always been interested in Reiki and energy therapies, and wanted to try it out for myself, and see what all the fuss was about. So I booked myself in for a Reiki treatment and I had a deeply profound experience in my very first session ... which completely took my breath away.
It was incredible ... I felt a real tangible energy force, nothing like I'd ever felt before. I saw colours and images, and I had an extraordinarily deep healing experience, so I thought to myself ... I HAVE to learn this !
Life (ie work) took over, and I put it off, but when my beautiful mum Monica, was diagnosed with lung cancer, it was a huge wakeup call, and the push I needed to seek out a teacher and finally learn Reiki.

I found an amazing teacher, learned Reiki, and I started doing treatments on mum, which she loved. It helped her tremendously with the physical (and emotional) pain, and the side effects of the Chemotherapy. She was incredibly brave, but devastatingly the cancer was so advanced that she passed away after only a matter of months.
We share the same middle name "Rose" after my grandmother, so I named my business "Paula-Rose" in memory of my beautiful mum.
I came to Crystal Therapy, again, through a personal experience. Given my love of crystals I was intrigued but somewhat sceptical (to say the least !) about crystal healing claims.
I love the sciences, and I am always searching for the answer on just HOW things work. The Universe has a funny way of grabbing you by the scruff of the neck and setting you on a different path when you least expect it.
I had badly damaged a disc in my neck, which had also caused some nerve damage. This left me with numbness in my right hand, restricted neck movement, and significant pain. I went to see a wonderful Osteopath who helped me, but told me it could take months, and worse case scenario, years, for the disc problem to fully right itself.
A few days later I bought a clear quartz crystal which I was particularly attracted to, for no other reason than I thought it was lovely and I have always loved crystals although I didn't have any. I took it out of its packaging, put it in my hand to admire it ... and to my absolute amazement I felt a strong tingling energy shoot all the way up my right arm, and into the site of the neck injury, where it stayed and I felt it 'fizzing' !! This went on for about 5 minutes, and I was utterly dumbstruck, and sat there open-mouthed.
I had NEVER EVER felt crystal energy before. I was utterly fascinated by this new energy I felt ... coming from a rock !! Over the next few days I continued to explore holding the crystal as well as doing Reiki on myself.
I went back to my Osteopath the following week, who was completely stunned and amazed at the speed of my healing. I regained full function in my neck, and was totally back to normal within just a few weeks !!
The rest as they say is history ... and you simply can't ignore a sign like that. I had no option of course, but to study, and learn Crystal Therapy. I've since qualified as a Crystal Therapy Master/Teacher, and continue to have incredible and extraordinary experiences with crystals. They are a long forgotten healing tool, and firmly have a place in bringing beauty, balance and harmony into our lives.
I was totally miserable in my job, and I finally left my Deputy MD post in a leading London Direct Marketing Agency in February 2012, and in the summer of 2012 I had a unique and inspired idea to COMBINE my love of 'energy healing' with making beautiful handcrafted gemstone jewellery ... and so my Reiki infused Crystal Energy Jewellery was born.
I had something totally unique, I did my research, and NO-ONE was doing anything like this back then. I've poured my heart and soul into my business, and built it, and my website from the ground up ... by myself (with mum cheering me on in spirit).
I'm proud to have been the person that brought a beautifully unique idea to market, all those years ago, but most of all to have brought love, light, comfort, happiness, healing and a little bit of magic, to literally thousands of people all around the world who wear my jewellery.
I LOVE my work, and when you're doing what you love, it never actually feels like work.
I still pinch myself when I look back over how things changed and grown. I've gone from having a single little table at my local craft market, in a pub garden, with a few handmade bracelets, to now regularly exhibiting at the most prestigious Mind, Body, Spirit events at London Olympia, Alexandra Palace and Birmingham NEC !
What always excites me, and this NEVER gets old, is seeing people actually physically experience crystal energy from my jewellery, and that incredulous look in their eyes when they look at me and say " what was THAT !?"
Helping people experience the magic of crystals and healing energy and just opening that door into another world of Alice in Wonderland magic. I love seeing the transformation in people who come to me for Crystal or Reiki treatments, and people who write to me sharing their stories about how a particular piece of Reiki infused crystal jewellery has helped them, or how much they love it.
