18” Sterling Silver OM/Aum & IOLITE (water Sapphire) gemstone pendant
I have paired this beautiful crystal with the deeply symbolic Sterling Silver OM symbol. It is a gorgeous and delicate pendant, and one you can easily wear everyday.
IOLITE is a majestic and beautiful gemstone which offers to take you on an inner path to the deep self. Wearing Iolite is said to help awaken and sustain psychic gifts and inner knowing.
Resonating strongly with the 3rd eye or brow chakra, it is said to facilitate visionary experiences in meditation.
The pendant 'drop' (charm plus loop) measures approx 15mm long, and is supplied on an 18" diamond cut Sterling Silver curb chain, packaged ready for gifting.
THE OM (or Aum) SYMBOL MEANING
Is a sacred spiritual symbol, a mantra, and a vibration. It is said to be the seed of all of creation, and the sound of the universe.
Toning the sound of ‘OM’ creates a vibrational frequency of harmony in the body. The sound of the OM is said to be the sound of creation and symbolizes the infinite. It connects our inner world to the greater outer and beyond, it aligns our energy and creates a feeling of expansion and oneness
Om (Aum) represents the 3 main states of consciousness which we as humans experience.
A – is the waking state
U – is the dream state
M – is the state of deep sleep
Each of us experiences and functions in each of these three states at different times within every period of 24 hours.
Made up of three Sanskrit letters, aa, au and ma which, when combined together, make the sound Aum or Om.
