Three powerful crystals in one bracelet.
I specifically chose to combine these three powerful crystals for their STRESS BUSTING, PROTECTION & “GROUNDING” properties, and have accented them solid with sterling silver beads.
Here's the thing ...
We ALL PICK UP OTHER PEOPLE'S ENERGY, and can take them on as our own. This leaves us feeling stressed out, frazzled, tired, grumpy and out of sorts. It's just that sometimes we don't realise that it's not OUR energy and we're picking up on the emotions of others, or we are becoming UN-GROUNDED. (more on that below).
“Grounding” or “being grounded” are often misunderstood buzz words. Lots of people know it’s important (and very healthy for the body), but sometimes not sure why … so I’m including a little more info below which I hope helps.
Thankfully there are lots of ways to ‘ground’ your energy … and a great way is by wearing grounding crystals !
1. BLACK TOURMALINE: An amazing protective and 'feel good' crystal that will help keep you grounded, your energies high, and your negativity at bay. Also known as the 'electric' stone, it is one of the most naturally effective grounding stones creating a circuit with the earths energy field (which has huge health benefits). It can be used to help purify and regulate the electrical and other energetic systems of the body, and provides a grounding path for light to enter the earth plane
Key properties: Protection, grounding, purification, energy boosting, positivity & vitality powerhouse (emits an extraordinarily high level of positivity boosting negative ions). Mood enhancing, pain relief, clarity of thought, strengthens the immune system. Detoxifying, protection against electromagnetic pollution (mobiles, computers etc). Grounding and protecting (including psychic protection).
2. HEMATITE: Sometimes known as the “stress stone” it is excellent for grounding, protection, strength, confidence, and balancing energy, counteracting ‘spaciness’ and confusion, as well as being a powerful aid to stimulate the mind. Said to enhance memory, aid communication and bring balance and clarity to the situation.
Stimulates concentration and helps bring focus. It has a powerful connection with the blood, said to strengthen the immune system and aid circulation. Also said to regulate blood supply and support kidneys in cleaning the blood.
Also useful for forms of overindulgence e.g. overeating, smoking. Can help protect the body from toxic energies (& electromagnetic smog), balance the auric field, align the chakras.
3. SMOKY QUARTZ: Positivity, Protection, Grounding & Manifestation - binging your dreams and ideas into physical reality (grounds your energies and completes the electrical circuit between your physical your body and the earth ie “earthing”).
Practicality, organization. Powerful stone for removing negative energy, transforming it into positive energy. Helps with stress, negativity & anger, bringing calm and relaxation to the situation.

I've crafted this bracelet from these 3 powerful crystals, accented them with solid silver beads, and strung them onto professional grade elastic (not that awful stuff that breaks). WHAT DOES GROUNDING MEAN and why is it so important ??
Being grounded means you're centered, aware of what's going on around you, fully present, and you're calm, alert, and "plugged in." When you're properly grounded, your spirit and your consciousness is connected to your physical body. You're right here … right now.
Grounding is also particularly important for you if you're continually surrounded by electronics, mobile phones & Wi-Fi which seems to be just about all of us these days. Electronics create electromagnetic pollution, and an excess of positive ions, which are bad for you and can knock the body's energy system out of balance.
When you're NOT grounded, you feel a bit spaced out, & floaty, you're here, ... but not really here, and you tune out the world around you.
This can happen if you’ve been doing any sort of spiritual work, or meditating for prolonged periods, your energy body can literally be outside of your physical self, hence the term ‘out of body’. This is what can make you feel ‘spacey’, and you need to come back ‘into’ your body fully to feel fully HERE and PRESENT.

The bracelet pictured is the design you will receive, although crystal markings and colour may be slightly different due to the uniqueness of each strand. I always colour match by hand and choose each bead individually when making up every bracelet.
