BOTSWANA AGATE BRACELET
Botswana agate is SUCH a beautiful crystal.
It has such a gorgeous look to it, with earthy tones and striations where you can literally see the layers of the natural sediment and how they were laid down in layers in earth to produce this stunning crystal formation.
It's one of those bracelet's you can wear with almost anything as it has neutral tones that go with almost everything !
AGATE is a variety of Chalcedony, and comes in MANY different colours. It is one of the oldest stones in recorded history and has long been highly prized as an amulet or talisman.
In ancient times warriors carried Agate into battle for courage, strength and protection. Agate has been discovered with the artifacts of Neolitic people, and it was used as healing amulets dating back to ancient Babylon. Its medicinal uses continued through the ancient Greek and Egyptian civilisations, and spread throughout Africa and the Middle East into Russia.
Agate is believed to have a many healing qualities, and is a wonderful calming stone for harmonising body, mind and spirit by transforming negative energy and protecting against stress.
