GARNET ~ Handmade SATELITE clasped bracelet
I've sourced just a handful of these sumptuous Hessonite GARNET 5mm faceted gemstones, and I wanted to make something 'different' with them to showcase their exquisite beauty.
Each bracelet is handmade by me, in a choice of Sterling SILVER or 14ct GOLD fill, featuring FIVE beautiful 5mm faceted garnets, each individually hand-wired onto dainty chain, in a popular 'satellite' design.
Made with the highest quality materials, it is finished with a clasp and a 1.5" extension chain (to fit all wrist sizes).
ONE SIZE FITS ALL
This bracelets fits wrist sizes (between 6” and 7.5”) using the chain extender.

Garnet works energetically to help open and balance the heart chakra for LOVE and self-confidence. At the root it helps the body connect with the revitalizing energy of the Earth to bring a sense of CALM and grounded connection to the present. This can help us to release any worry, fear or anxiety, and to feel more

Garnet is also rooted in ancient history and comes from the Latin word ‘granatum’, which means pomegranate. The deep rich red colour is likened to the seeds of the fruit.
References to Garnet date back to 3100 B.C. when the Egyptians used garnets as inlays in jewellery. Garnet crystal was also prized by early medieval jewellers who used the stone into everything from rings and brooches to buckles and necklaces. It was much more than just a fashion statement and was regarded as a
protective talisman against negative energy. In Hinduism and Buddhism, it is seen as a holy stone that enlightens the soul and gives wisdom.

Gold fill (also known as 'rolled gold') is a fantastic alternative to real gold but without the cost ! It is a FAR FAR superior product to gold plating, .
Gold Fill is up to 100 times THICKER than standard gold plating, so it stands the test of time, and does NOT WEAR THROUGH through like gold plating does. Gold plating typically lasts between 1-2 years, with Gold Fill lasting between 10 - 30 years, with the right care.
