I absolutely adore fossilized (Petrified wood). It has an extraordinary calming energy, and carries so much ancient knowledge. I’m combining it with muted black matt Onyx for a beautifully grounding bracelet.
Handmade with FOSSILIZED WOOD & matt black ONYX beads I've strung this bracelet on the very best super strong elastic and finished it with Antique Bronze finish beads. The last couple of pics features my personal much treasured fossilized wood trunk for reference.
This bracelet comes in a CHOICE OF 3 bead sizes (10mm pictured, & 8mm & 6mm slimline) and a range of wrist sizes (see dropdown menu below)
1) FOSSILIZED WOOD (or Petrified wood as it is also known) carries the imprint of the last 100-200 million years of the Earth, and with it the energy of ancient wisdom and knowledge.
Fossilized wood was once an ancient, living, breathing tree that has fossilized and had the wood was replaced by stone, bit by bit, as it decomposes. The wood structure is maintained, but the wood fibers are slowly changed into Quartz crystal.
It is wonderful for de-stressing, grounding and stabilizing one’s emotions, particularly useful in calming anxiety offering feelings of calmness, safety and security. The frequency of Petrified wood connects to the Base and Earth Star Chakra, helping to ‘ground’ one’s energy.
Also a stone of transformation and success, used to bring strong ‘Earth’ power for grounding and manifestation.

It is often recommended to athletes for strength, endurance, perseverance, and concentrated energy. Onyx has been used as a ‘magic’ stone all over the world for thousands of years, and has been found in the graves of American Indians, and ancient Greeks and Romans.

WHAT DOES GROUNDING MEAN and why is it so important ??
Being grounded means you're centered, aware of what's going on around you, fully present, and you're calm, alert, and "plugged in." When you're properly grounded, your spirit and your consciousness is connected to your physical body. You're right here … right now.
Grounding is also particularly important for you if you're continually surrounded by electronics, mobile phones & Wi-Fi which seems to be just about all of us these days. Electronics create electromagnetic pollution, and an excess of positive ions, which are bad for you and can knock the body's energy system out of balance.
When you're NOT grounded, you feel a bit spaced out, & floaty, you're here, ... but not really here, and you tune out the world around you.
This can happen if you’ve been doing any sort of spiritual work, or meditating for prolonged periods, your energy body can literally be outside of your physical self, hence the term ‘out of body’.
