I have created this bracelet specifically for the beautiful LOVING, NURTURING & COMFORTINGenergy it brings.
I am combining 3 beautifully comforting HEART chakra crystals bringing a deeply loving, supportive and nurturing energy.
When I tune in energetically to this bracelet it brings me right into my 'heart' space, and it feels so beautifully comforting, and that everything is going to be just fine !
The energy of this bracelet helps bring a deep sense of emotional wellbeing, peace, serenity, love, nurture & harmony.

CRYSTALS & METAPHYSICAL PROPERTIES
ROSE QUARTZ
The stone of unconditional love, infinite peace & friendship, and the most important crystal for the heart and heart chakra. Helps bring deep inner healing and self love. A bubble bath for the emotions it brings an envelope of love around oneself. It is said to be the finest emotional healer, known for its soothing loving energy. According to legend Eros bought Rose Quartz to the earth in the hope that it’s beautiful colour would bring unconditional love among people.
It is used to calm and reassure, excellent for tension or stress, helps teach the true essence of love purifying and opening the heart at all levels. Invokes self-trust and self-worth, helps promote trust & harmony, encourages self-forgiveness and acceptance, helps combat lovesickness, a wonderful support in periods of grief, helping draw off negative energy and replacing it with loving vibe, soothes internalized pain and helps heal deprivation. Also perceived as the most important fertility stone for many centuries.
LEPIDOLITE
Referred to as the Peace Stone" its energies are deeply relaxing and it is one of the most powerful stones for countering stress, worry, fear, grief, and other emotionally traumatic feelings. It's a "stop and smell the roses" crystal, and can bring an energetic 'sigh of relief' to the aura, allowing one to relax, release and see things perhaps from a different perspective. Helps with stress relief, bringing peace, serenity, purification, emotional healing & balance. Lepidolite can help calm frayed nerves helping to release stress and worry. Also wonderful for any type of grief or sadness, it helps to bring calm to stormy emotional seas. It can also bring an energy of enlightened awareness and a knowing that whatever situation arises it can be handled.
It is also the stone of spiritual purification, it is wonderful in meditation and can help clear away blocked energies allowing for a new perspective and a different way forward.
GARNET
References to Garnet date back to 3100 B.C. when the Egyptians used garnets as inlays in jewellery. Since antiquity garnets have been famous for their inner sparkle. The crown of the German emperor Otto (912-973 was decorated with the most famous garnet of all, known as ‘the Wise One”, and Knights and warriors decorated their weapons and shields with garnets. In Hinduism and Buddhism it is seen as a holy stone that enlightens the soul and gives wisdom.
GARNET works with both the heart & root chakra. It works with the heart chakra and promote love and self-confidence. At the root it helps the body connect with the revitalizing energy of the Earth to bring a sense of calm and grounded connection to the present, helping to release any worry, fear or anxiety. Helping one to feel supported in one’s needs and desires, and in giving and receiving love.
It can teach us to develop trust in the infinite abundance of the Universe, and is used to help the manifestation of one’s heartfelt desires in the world.

You can be assured that all the gemstones are 100% genuine. Every single gemstone bead is hand selected by me, when I make each bracelet, and I use only SOLID .925 Sterling Silver accents for beautiful lasting quality.
I string all my bracelets on the VERY BEST PROFESSIONAL GRADE JEWELLERY ELASTIC (not that awful stuff that breaks easily that seems to be all over the place !). Each bracelet is finished with my signature "Paula-Rose" SOLID Sterling Silver brand tag as a mark of authenticity and quality.
The bracelet pictured is the design you will receive, although crystal markings and colour may be slightly different due to the uniqueness of each strand. I always colour match by hand and choose each bead individually when making up every bracelet.
